ABU Summer Camp will feature speed, strength, and agility training, Skill development, on court basketball instruction and film sessions to increase basketball i.q. We will also incorporate daily workshops that focus on life lessons, and leadership.

About the event
The All BALL Summer Camp will feature 4 weeks of basketball development beginning the week of Monday June 9th. The cost is $175 for a single week. The camp will run Monday - Thursday from 9am to 3pm and on Friday from 9pm to 12pm. Doors will open at 8:00am each morning. Pick-up is between 3pm and 4pm Mon-Thurs, and between 12pm and 1pm on Fridays. There will lunch and concessions available for purchase daily, with the exception for Friday, there will be no lunch.
ABU Summer Camp will focus on speed, strength, and agility. Skill development, overall and position based will get your child ready for the next season. On court basketball instruction and film sessions will help increase basketball i.q. We will also incorporate mental performance training to increase mental toughness and focus on and off the court. We will also have leadership and life lessons workshops daily.
