3 v 3 Development Academy

The 3 on 3 Development Academy will have skill sessions each date, and 3 on 3 basketball games. The program is designed to build fundamentals and confidence in developing skills and applying them in a game setting. This will be an exciting opportunity that presents a visible gauge of growth. We look forward to having your kids participate.

Why 3 on 3:

• More touches, shots, handling the ball, passes, rebounds, etc.
• Harder to defend: 3v3 is harder to defend than 5v5, it is more difficult to get away with poor defense so players naturally have to have better help side and ball containment.
• Fast paced games will help improve decision making as well as provide a level of conditioning.
• increases offensive and defensive opportunities for each player through basic fundamental team play (give and go’s, back door cuts, pick and rolls, etc.)
• Fun! Absolute Fun!!
